Hmmm

Well my head continues to hurt and my blood pressure is still running low, but I press on..I am still down 140 pounds since January 2012. So that is still a great accomplishment.. I still have remained true to the diet and not cheated.. Although my weight loss has slowed down for the moment. This past week was my 24 week so new pictures got taken. I will share them once my coach gets them to me .my own small personal goal is to be down another 15 pounds by the end of October. I try to set small achievable goals for myself as I am on this weight loss journey ..

Getting some answers

Well for the past few weeks my blood pressure has been really low..went to the doctor had some bloodwork and found out my TSH level was way to high. My doctor explain to me that with my hormones out of whack my weight losss might be slowed down . I believe him due to my weight being at a Stand still.. I'm not letting it stop me . I will press on and continue my idealprotein diet. The doctor changed my synthyroid amount from 300 mcg to just 250 mcg now..once they get my TSH levels straightened out. I'm pressing on with my goal to lose weight .

Well I am down another 5.8 pounds .. Which means I am down 119 pounds

Totals so far for the last 20 weeks

So far here is the totals I have lost in 20 weeks...
11 inches in my chest
1/2 inch in my arm
11 1/4 inches from my waist
10 3/4 inches from my hips
5 inches from my thigh
For a grand total of 38.5 inches
I am also down 108.8 pounds ..
