Today was a big day

Well today when I woke up I decided that I would weigh in and see what it says... I turned on my Wii and it actually didn't tell me I exceed the weight limit... Now I can play on the Wii with the kids.. I am now down 103 pounds since jan 1. I have gone from a 32 pants size to a 22/24.... My husband and family says they see a change in me not just my weight but I am more out going .we had a church meal today and I did well not eatting any of the food.. This diet is so easy and the results I have had are great..
