Down again

Well I weigh in again today .. After my lousy weigh in last week .. I actually lost 5.4 pounds this week. So that's 90 pounds since January 1st.. And 69 pounds in 11 weeks...

No a good day for me

Well today I weighed in and gained .8 of a pound. I know what causes the weight gain but none the less it bother me. I been really good not to cheat and I don't want to stop losing.i did however lose 1.75 inches

Taking one day at a time

Well tonight was our first night of VBS .. Usually I hang out in the kitchen drinking kool-aid and eatting peanut butter and ritz crackers. Not this year. I am able to be there and drink nothing but water.. Seems my
Mindset is on healthier me. The temptation isn't even there. I truly for the first time in a long time know I can meet my diet goal and be healthier. I weigh in again on thursday I am really hoping for a big number but even a small one is better then gaining .

IdealproteiN diet

On April 12 I weighed in at 409.4 pounds.. The first week I lost 11.6 pounds. On 4-26 I lost another 6.6 lbs.
5-24--5.4 lbs
5-31--4.6 lbs
Total of 64.6 lbs in 9 weeks.. Average 7.1 lbs a week.. On the idealproteiN diet the average is between 3-5 pounds a week...the picture are me at 8 weeks.

Brief intro about this blog and my struggle

Well as most people know I have been over weight my whole life.. About 6 years ago or ao I had a total which my weight got heavier quickly.after adopting my two young sons , I have tried all kinds of diets but nothing seemed to work for me.i struggled with my weight excessing 400 . Then one of my online friends inspired me to try to lose the weight. At the beginning of 2012 I was at my maximum weight 430 pounds.i was dianosed with type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea ,and literially my body was trying to shut down when I layed down to doctor had told me that if the cpap machine didn't help I would need a trach to sleep at night.. So I began my weight loss journey again jan 1,2012..I stopped drinking soda and cut down on bread and potatoes. By doing that I dropped 21 pounds..then my cousin told me about a weight loss seminar he was hosting. So on April 13,2012 I began my journey with idealproteiN diet. This blog is going to be a blog to chart my success. And thanks to my coach Krista Blanton and Blanton weight loss clinic I will meet my goal of weight loss and a healthier life...
